MultiRipas technology is a process of cutting Mega MDF panels into multiple slats in the longitudinal direction of the sheet. Recommended for the production of series furniture, skirting boards, frames, bouseries and door frames. To fit into the machine, the MDF panel must have a maximum measurement of 1,375mm x 5,560mm. Each cutting plane can combine from 3 to 39 saws.

The width of the slats will always be the same in the panel cutting plane.
The sum of the cuts must not exceed the maximum width of 1,375 mm.
